Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 19th annual Women Worth Watching® Award was created to showcase the abilities, commitment, and achievements of extraordinary female leaders.

Mandy is a powerhouse Finance Executive with experience leading and inspiring teams across Finance, Investor Relations, Risk Management, and Accounting. She developed her love for the consumer goods industry through working for some of the country’s top retail and consumer brands, in both the private and public sector.

Since joining e.l.f. Beauty in 2019, Fields has been very successful helping to manage the business and guiding the Company to strong financial performance. As a result, e.l.f. Beauty has seen positive net sales growth in every quarter of fiscal year 2020 and continues to outperform its competitors, as one of the top five color cosmetics brands in the United States.

Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Finance & Analytics for Albertsons Companies, one of the largest food and drug retailers in the United States. Mandy has also held finance positions at The Gap, Inc., after working on Wall Street at J.P. Morgan.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University of Bloomington’s Kelley School of Business.
